In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, efficient, enhance customer service and streamline our overall operations, we have been searching far and wide to find the perfect solution that combines our dispatching, work history tracking, inventory, proposals and invoicing, while allowing us to reduce paper wastage and we've found it! Therefore, we are very pleased and excited to announce the future implementation of Wintac field service software.
At the end of an on-site job, our Technicians will be able to navigate to the Wintac software on their mobile device to show the customer the notes, activity and even photos of a job well done. Wintac also allows for the capture of customer's signature as a method of identification and authentication.
